Krengsengan Beef Recipe
*Material :
½ kg of fresh beef
Petis shrimp 2 tbsp

- Material puree:

*HOW TO MAKE:
Provide a pan and cook the water in the pan until it's cooked and boiling. Then add the slices of beef that you have cleaned before, cook the beef until cooked and tender. After cooking, set aside and dispose of the water
Blend the seasoned puree by rubbing it so that the results are more satisfying. Then heat the frying pan and put the oil in and heat and then add the spices and saute until cooked and smell good.

Tofu minced meat
Ingredients:
2 pcs of tofu
2 white tofu
200 gr of minced beef
3 thinly sliced garlic cloves
1/2 thin onion slices
1/2 thin yellow / green / red bell pepper
2 pieces of spring onions

Step:
Know white to wash clean, then cut into small pieces then fry, set aside.

How to make :
First of all, rub red cayenne pepper, shrimp paste, salt, brown sugar, and tamarind juice evenly.
