today I make steamed sponge recipes in a way that is very easy for us to do at home, steamed dumplings are the right snacks for a family event and I immediately share some ways to make steamed sponge
Material :
- Wheat flour 200 g
- Sand sugar 200 g
- vanilla flavored milk powder 5 tbsp
- Chicken eggs 4 eggs
-Baking tsp soda
-Water 100 ml
-Margarine
-Cake mold
How to make :
-Prepare the mold you want to use spread with margarine, set aside.
-Create caramel from 100 g. After that, add 100 ml of water.
-Cook until boiling. Cool it down.
- Wheat flour, baking soda, and milk powder.
- Beat eggs and sugar with a high-speed mixer until it expands.
-Enter the sieve in a container (bowl). Then mix with caramel. Mix well.
-Put the beaten egg and sugar. Beat with a medium speed mixer.
Pour the mixture into the mixture that has been smeared with margarine. - Steam for 20 minutes or until fluffy perfectly.
-Cool at room temperature for 5 minutes then remove the cake from the mold.
and this is the result of steamed sponge dishes in a very easy way, and steamed sponge is ready to be served and we enjoy with family
