Home Made Sosis, You Have To Try This ! (Bilingual)

So yesterday i tried to make sosis. I think there are many people love to eat this. So do I.

More over, it is more healthy if we make it by ourselves rather than we buy it from the market.
at least, we know the ingredients we choose for it.

Well, specially for you guys who want to make it by yourselves, i would love to share the recipe with you.
so here below i also took the pictures of the ingredients,

we need:
leek
celery
pepper
union
garlic
salt
wheat flour
shrimp
egg
cold water

the steps:
-milled the shrimp, union, garlic, pepper, and egg

  • put it into the wheat flour
  • add salt and cold water
  • mix them well
  • add the celery and leeks that have been cut into small pieces. then mix them well again.
  • put the dough into the lenght-small plastic (like the plastic for ice or sosis)
  • boil them until they cooked (for about 30 minutes)

after they were boiled, remove them from the woter and drain.
the sosis is ready to be consumed, or if you like, you can also to fried them first then eat them with souce.

kemarin aku mencoba untuk membuat sosis. Aku pikir pasti banyak kan yang suka makan sosis. aku pun suka banget.

Lagi pula, ini pasti lebih sehat bagi kita jika kita membuatnya sendiri dari pada membelinya di market. paling tidak kita tahu bahan-bahan apa yang kita gunakan untuk memasaknya.

jadi spesial buat kalian yang ingin mencoba membuatnya sendiri, saya akan senang sekali membagikan resepnya disini. Saya juga mengambil beberapa gambar dari resep yang digunakan.

kita membutuhkan:

  • daun bawang
  • daun sop
  • lada
  • bawang merah
  • bawang putih
  • tepung terigu
  • udang
  • telur
  • air dingin

langkah penyajian :

  • haluskan udang, bawang merah, bawang putih, lada, dan telur
  • masukkan adonan ke dalam tepung terigu, lalu tambahkan garam
  • aduk hingga merata
  • tambahkan daun bawang dan seledri yang telah dipotong kecil-kecil, aduk kembali hingga merata.
  • masukkan adonan ke dalam plastik kecil panjang (plastik es atau sosis)
    -lalu rebus dalam air mendidih selama 30 menit.
  • angkat dan tiriskan.
  • sosis siap disajikan. Jika kalian suka, kalian juga bisa menggorengnya terlebih dahulu dan memakannya dengan saus
