Ingredients

--.100 grams of ketal rice flour

--. 20 grams of hot water

--. 20 grams of cold water

--. 100 grams of brown sugar cut into pieces

--. 2 pieces of pandan leaves

--. 75 grams of grated coconut (steamed with a pinch of salt)

--. Water enough to boil the rom rom boom
