Pudding is a favorite cake of many people, including myself and my family. Pudding of many kinds and with various flavors such as fruit, chocolate, milk and others taste. Today I will share the recipe of green bean pudding mixed with brown sugar sauce. Green beans a lot of benefits, including: lowering cholesterol, treating anemia, good for the heart and many others. Therefore I make a pudding from green beans so my kids want to eat pudding from green beans because they do not like when the green beans I make into drinks.
The ingredients needed to make a green bean pudding with brown sugar sauce:
1. 100 grams of green beans
2. 1 packet of gelatin
3. 120 grams of sugar
4. 500 ml coconut milk (from half of coconut)
5. pandan leaves saecukupnya
6. water to taste
Ingredients for sauce:
1. 100 grams of brown sugar
2. 1 teaspoon cornstarch
How to make:
1. Boil green beans and pandan leaves with water until tender for 20 minutes. Turn off the fire, discard
its pandan leaves.
2. Strain the pulp of the green beans, set aside. Then mix the coconut milk into the remaining cooking water of green beans.
3. Add the agar and sugar to the coconut milk, put the green beans, cook until boiling while
stirring occasionally.
4. Pour into mold, wait cold and then put into the refrigerator, let it harden.
How to make brown sugar sauce:
Boil water and brown sugar to boiling, add cornstarch solution. Stir until slightly thickened, turn off the heat. Then pour into the space provided.
Green bean pudding with brown sugar sauce ready to be served.
This is a delicious dish for my kids today and they love it so much.
