Ingredients:
• 150 grs of Prime rib
• 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons of sesame and peanut oil
• 70grs of rice noodles
• Onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 piece of fresh ginger
• Chile reds
• 50grs of broccoli
• 50grs of white cabbage
• Red Chilli Oil (for serving)
Preparation:
Cut the meat into goujon, pour it into a bolw and add the soy sauce and the tablespoon of sesame oil, let stand 15 mint approx.
We place the noodles in soaking in hot water for 10 mint.
In a very hot wok add the tablespoon of peanut oil and sauté the meat over a high heat until it acquires a uniform color, remove and reserve.
Add the remaining oil and sauté onion, garlic, ginger and red chili for 2 mint approx.
Then add the previously bleached broccoli, sauté and then add the previously bleached cabbage.
Pour the meat and stir until it is hot next to the noodles.
We serve immediately with red chilli oil.
