Improves Heart Health
- where are the studies that confirm this? Why do you think that cholesterol is bad for cardiovascular health? Tons of studies proved that cholesterol and saturated fat are not connected with cardiovascular diseases so where is the evidence that is proving this?
Promotes Weight Loss
- weight loss comes only and only from calorie deficit, this is not my opinion but a proven scientific fact. So how can fibers promote weight loss? Do you have some studies that can prove this? I would be happy to observe them and learn something new if they exist
Stabilizes Mood
- depression is a serious state, not a sadness or something that can be solved by improving mood. Causes for depression lies deep deep inside and I don't believe that this kind of thing can help with depression and it is also lacking of scientific evidence. Do you have some?
