Tips for making your own Burgers

Steemians, i want to share some of my experience when making your own beef burgers.
There are quite a few things that you should respect, in order to get the tastiest result possible.

Here a quick list:

  1. Your meat should be around 80% meat 20% fat
  2. You should NOT add anything (like onions, paprica etc.) to the meat
  3. You have to squash the meat in your hands till it starts to stick on it
  4. Make the burger evenly flat and curve a little bulge into it in the middle
  5. You should flip your burger only 1 time.
  6. After flipping wait for 2-3 minutes and add cheese on top to get it molten.
