I'd love to try some of those. Antonovka is often used for rootstocks here, if i recall, but I've also heard it's good for eating. Simirenko I do not know yet. Goldens and Jonathans are both good in different ways (we also have Jonagolds, which are a combination that has the flavor of a Jonathan and more sweetness from the Golden).
