HOW TO? Healthy breakfast: granola and fruits

Good morning dear steemians! I just prepared myself my favorite breakfast ever so I wanted to share it with you.

As you know breakfast is the most important meal of the day, mostly because our bodies came from several hours of sleep so it needs a good boost to start working again. I always try to eat healthy while keeping that gourmand side, cause eating healthy doesn't mean eating boring things, if you are craving sweet things in the morning go for it! Your body will use that energy during the day.

Anyway! Here I show you my bowl of granola with yogurt and fruits; make sure to use greek natural yogurt, it has more protein and less fat than other yogurts!

For my granola I used one with no added sugar and with no more than 10 ingredients (less ingredients = less additives) this granola is from the brand "eat natural" I totally love it cause of course it's delicious but also because it has 9g of protein in one serving and a lot of seeds, I totally recommend it!

Lastly, I added some fruits today it was berries and kiwi but sometimes I just add one banana or maybe some raisins, if you wish you can add a table spoon of peanut butter or cinnamon too.
