I agree with you! It's true that there are a lot of myths regarding diet, food and "habits" I changed my diet years ago but I keep trying new things. What I do is that I don't eat red meat unless it's a special occasion, I also try to cut a bit on lactose and gluten, not because I'm intolerant to them but just because it makes me feel better. The idea is to educate ourselves and have a healthy balanced lifestyle ;)
