I used to do a few shots each day, one of watered down apple cider vinegar, one of bone collagen, and one of chia seeds. And full body shock of blasting cool-cold water at the end of a shower. At breakfast I like to do a shot of grorange juice. Made by pouring a splash of grape juice concentrate into a shot of orange juice.
