Listen to this one. Just eat three times a day. In the morning, a little bit after noon, and in the evening.
Take care that after each meal you are satiated. It is important.
In the mean time if you are hungry, that`s a false feeling. Just try to drink some water. You will see, you will not be hungry anymore.
After some period in which you are going to feel better a lose of weight will come.
