I think that as a pasta lover the best recipe I could present to you is a spaghetti with tomato sauce,the well-known Neapolitan.
The secret to success is the ripe tomatoes.
The ingredients you will need are:
Onion dried
Fresh ripe tomato
Garlic
Greek olive oil
Basil leaves
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
I'm sure you will go crazy if you try it!
