Hey guys! Today I'm going to share with you my recipe for this super sweet chocolate cake, which is also gluten free.
Ingredients:
- cornstarch flour
- oatmeal flour
- rice flour
- baking soda
We're going to call these our "dry" ingredients and mix 1cup of each in a bowl
- Stevia
- butter
- vanilla
- four eggs
We're going to call these our "liquid" ingredients
First we are going to mix the liquid ingredients together until there's no solid traces of butter or egg
and then we'll add the dry ones slowly
I used this chocolate bar for the cake, it is for making cocoa and is also gluten free
add a bit of butter to make it smoother
It is better to melt chocolate using a double boiler bowl
we'll add this to our mix and cut the rest of the chocolate bar into tiny pieces
Those tiny chocolate pieces will add extra flavor to our cake, we'll pour the batter into a baking pan and sprinkle them all over.
Now it's ready to bake for 30 minutes
and voilà! a super easy, fun and tasty cake is ready to serve.

I have never eaten gluten free food: only once with pasta.
Pasta Is very famous here in Italy and I can say that Gluten free pasta Is not so different.
