Healthy breakfast

As I am on weight loss journey, I have lost 7 kgs till now hoping for 10 more kgs to shed.
I try to just convert all my meals into a healthy meal and eating them on time.
So its 8:30 in the morning and I am almost done with my breakfast.
I had one gram flour chilla with mint chutney.

Its super easy and quick to make.

For the chilla,
You need 1 cup gram flour, to it add veggies, I added capsicum and a lot of coriander, you can add any.
Add in salt and pepper, no red chilly powder please instead you can add chopped green chilly.
Make a smooth batter with buttermilk to add extra nutritious and also it makes it really soft.
Heat up a pan and add in a spoon pf clarified butter (ghee), pour the batter and spread it evenly. Cook it on both sides for a couple of minutes and ready.

For the chutney,
Take a blender, add in some mint leaves and some coriander leaves. Add in some green chilly, garlic, ginger. Add in salt and little water. And just blend it.
