Another great recipe! The heat from the peppers sounds like it gave it that extra kick! My last trip to eat at an Ethiopian restaurant had this spice called Mitmita. I don't know if it's a common name or just the name of the spice made by the restaurant. It's a cayenne pepper based spice and has amazing flavor. If you are able to find that spice you should try it. Thanks again for the post!!
