Healthy and nutritious snack bakwan corn, besides delicious for snacks in the afternoon bakwan corn also contains good nutrition, the deliciousness increases when accompanied by a glass of cold cappuccino, there are want to try here I will share the following recipe:
## Necessary materials
* 4 pieces of sweet corn (pipil / serut) * 2 celery stalks (chopped) * 1 spring onion (chopped) * 250 grams of wheat flour (I use a medium protein) * enough water * the oil for frying
## Ground spices
* 5 chili seeds (or as per the spicy taste) * 3 grains of pecan * 4 shallot onions * 2 cloves of garlic * 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper powder * salt to taste * taste flavor according to taste
## How to make
* Wash the corn, celery and leeks and drain * Put the flour in the container add spices, corn, celery, green onion, salt and peyedap then add water bit by bit stir well until the dough is not too thick and not too dilute * Heat oil in frying pan and then fry using medium heat wait until cooked and remove drain * Bakwan corn ready to serve

## Bahan yang di perlukan
* 4 buah jagung manis (pipil/serut) * 2 tangkai daun seledri (cincang) * 1 batang daun bawang (cincang) * 250 gram tepung terigu (saya pakai yang protein sedang) * air secukupnya * minyak untuk menggoreng
## Bumbu halus
* 5 biji cabe rawit (atau sesuai selera pedasnya) * 3 butir kemiri * 4 siung bawang merah * 2 siung bawang putih * 1/2 sendok teh lada bubuk * garam secukupnya * penyedap rasa sesuai selera
## Cara membuat
* Cuci bersih jagung,daun seledri dan daun bawang lalu tiriskan * Masukan tepung dalam wadah tambahkan bumbu halus,jagung,daun seledri ,daun bawang,garam dan peyedap lalu tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit aduk rata hingga adonannya tidak terlalu kental dan tidak terlalu encer * Panaskan minyak dalam wajan lalu goreng menggunakan api sedang tunggu hingga matang angkat dan tiriskan * Bakwan jagung siap disajikan
