Your food looks very tasty, i have been a vegan for almost 15 years, it was a struggle to start with as i had no idea what to eat, now i don't even miss meat. Great idea adding the sardines to suit your taste.

My daughter did not find the looks of my food tasty, but opinions differ :) I experiment with local vegetables these days. I find it somewhat a waste to transport food from the other end of the world - but as I live in the North there is not much fresh plant-food available from around October-November. Kale is the only vegetable that can manage temperatures below 0℃ so I eat that a lot.
