HOW TO COOK BEANS PORRIDGE

In this post, I will take you through how to cook Nigerian beans porridge.

Ingredients:

4 cups of Beans (about 1kg)
1 Onion
Palm oil or Vegetable oil
Grounded pepper or tomatoes paste
Salt
Spice

How to Cook:

Wash the beans and add to boiling water. When the beans becomes soft, chop onions and add to it, also add slat and seasonng and add palm oil or vegetable oil. You can add grounded pepper if you like. Mixed them together and leave if for the next 5 minutes. That is it. Your beans porridge is ready. You can eat it with bread, yam, cocoyam or with fried plantain.
