You need whole chicken. The chicken should be cut in such manner so that the only open space will be cavity from back.
Step 1 :- Marination
For marination you need
Curd 150gm
Lemon
Red chilli powder 1 tbs
Haldi 1/2 tbs
Salt
Ginger-Garlic paste 1 tbs
Garam masala 1 tbs
Mix all the ingredient and marinate the chicken for 3-4 hours.

Step 2 :- Stuffing
Put 2 tsp oil in pan.
Fry 2 fine chopped Onion. Wait till the onion become reddish brown.
Add 1/2 tsb haldi + 1/2 Red chilli Powder + 1 tsb Garam masala + 2 boil egg
Fry till the oil seprates.
And stuff these ingredient in the cavity of chicken.

Some people use thread to tie the chicken so that the stuffed ingredient won't fall off. But we use tooth picks and it work perfectly fine
Step 3 :- Cooking
Heat oil in pan and add Black pepper, Cinnamon, Cardamom, laung, jeera & onion.
When onion become brown, add
Ginger-Garlic paste
Haldi
Chilli powder
Coriander powder
Salt
Fine chopped tomato

Cook all the ingredient till the oil seprates and add water.

And the put your marinated chicken.

Turn you chicken every 5 minute till the chicken cooked. To check your chicken insert the knife, if it go through you dish is ready.
