Coleslaw salad

At first glance, this salad doesn't look like something special. But it's one colorful bowl of pure health. To make this salad I used cabbage, carrots, celery root (celeriac).

This salad is rich in vitamins that boost your immunity. Cabbage is full of vitamin K, C and B6 that is crucial for keeping your immune system up.

This salad is great for detox because carrot, celeriac and cabbage are great body cleansers.

Also, this salad is great because it's easy to make and requires just few simple ingredients:

  • 1 small green or purple cabbage, shredded
  • 2 medium carrots, shredded
  • 1 medium celeriac, shredded

Salad dressing:

  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • ½ cup of mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Spices

Instructions:

  • In a large bowl add cabbage, carrots and celeriac and mix
  • In another bowl add ingredients for dressing and mix
  • Pour dressing over the salad mixture and mix again
  • Put it in the fridge for about an hour

The salad is ready to be served with your favorite meat.
