Hello people,
Is there anyone who doesn't love pizza? I am sure not. Although, how many of us make our own pizza dough?
If you are one of rare people that make your own pizza dough, how do you do it?
I'm sure you:
- Make the dough with standard ingredients (flour, water, oil, salt, yeast, etc.) and
- Let it rise for one/two hours or overnight
What do you do when you don't have time to wait around for dough to rise, or you don't have some ingredient like yeast?
Did you know that you can make pizza dough with only 2 ingredients? This will be your new favorite recipe for pizza dough.
The recipe like this, I must share with you because it's so easy to make and saves your time.

As I said, you need only 2 ingredients:
- 1 cup self-raising flour + flour for kneading
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt (if you don't have a Greek yogurt you can use natural yogurt)
Instructions:
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl
- Bring together with your hands
- On a floured surface, knead the dough for 5 minutes until it feels stretchy
- Use a floured rolling pin to roll the dough out
When finished, you can top with your favorite toppings and bake in the oven at 180ยฐC until golden brown!
