In my family pancakes connect us. Every week we make pancakes together. Therefore, I tried all kinds of different mixtures for pancakes and in this post I am sharing with you the recipe for "healthy and light" pancakes :)
These pancakes are good for vegetarians because you don't use eggs, milk or any other ingredient of animal origin.

This recipe requires just 3 ingredients:
- 3 cups of oat flour
- 2 cups of almond milk
- 2 bananas
Instructions:
- You can make oat flour by placing oats into a high speed blender and processing until a flour is reached
- In a bowl with a fork crushing banana
- Add oat flour and milk
- Mix until a batter is formed
- Heat a non-stick pan on medium and pour ⅓ cup of batter, using a measuring cup to ensure equal size and cooking times
- Allow the pancakes to cook until bubbles appear around the edges then flip and cook until golden
For toppings, you can use what you want, chocolate, jam or fruit.
P.S.: For jam, you can find my post about homemade jam. :)
P.S.S.: For almond milk, you can see my last post, it's homemade almond milk :)
For the end: It's always time for pancakes! 💗
