Parmesan steak
Ingredients:
- 2 Bistet
- 4 Cloves of crushed garlic
- 1 Finely chopped onion
- Sauce of ripe tomatoes to the natural
- Parmesan
- Spices
The procedure is very simple, marinate the steak and leave for half an hour to take flavor, then put in a pan to fry, once cooked, add the vegetables until they are well cooked add the sauce of ripe tomatoes liquefied and let sew around 20 more minutes and ready, serve and add the sauce and enough cheese on top, this already the succulent bisted a la pamesana
