Ingredients
Render: 1 large refractory
- 7 packages (85 g each) of gelatine of different flavors (colors)
- 4 1/2 cups boiling water
- 4 1/2 cups cold water
- 350 ml cream
- 225 g of whipped cream ready to decorate
Method of preparation
Preparation: 1 hour 10 minutes> Extra time: 5 hours 15 minutes in the refrigerator> Ready in: 6hours25mins
Grease a refractory shape of 23X33cm, preferably clear glass.
Dissolve a packet of gelatiin in 3/4 cup boiling water. Add another 3/4 cup of cold water and mix. Pour in the refractory and refrigerate until firing, about 45 minutes.
Dissolve another packet of gelatin in 1/2 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cold water and 1/2 cup sour cream. Pour over the first layer, firm and refrigerate for another 45 minutes to firm.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 above with the rest of the gelatins, alternating one layer without cream and one with cream.
Garnish with the whipped cream before serving.
