Ingredients :
500 grams of oyster mushrooms
cooking oil
dry starch:
250 grams of wheat flour
2 tablespoons rice flour
3 tablespoons tapioca flour
to taste pepper powder

Prepare mushrooms then input into a bowl of water, then soak the mushrooms to look clean.
Wash the oyster mushrooms, squeeze the water to reduce then in suwir, then input mushrooms to marinade spices
The next stage stir the mushrooms using flour until evenly distributed, Heat the oil, while waiting for the hot oil, mushroom input into the flour container which has been in seasoning (mushroom a little bit in the squeeze for the water slightly decreased), stir while slightly on the small press so that the flour is stuck.
If the oil is hot, input the mushrooms that have been sprinkled in flour, until golden yellow, while occasionally stirring
