Here's one of our island restaurant menu in Seychelles. Since La Digue is situated in vast majority of water, they have abundant catch of fish. Red snapper and gouper are common in this island.
Oven Sapori
Ingredients
Gouper (Lapu lapu)
Olive oil
Garlic
Rosemary
Salt
Pepper
White wine
Procedure:
Clean and descales gouper. In a separate bowl combine olive oil, white wine, crushed garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Pre-heat the oven at 370 degree Fahrenheit.Then pour it in fish and put in foil.
Baked the fish for 30 to 45 minutes dependingbon the size of the fish.
Oven sapori is a italian dish by our chef Remo Antonelli it is nice with white wine and green salad as side dish.
