Maayong Gabii Steemians!
Have you tried eating Odong (Noodle Stick) and Sardinas (Sardines) Soup? Well I have tried it many times since childhood. 😁 And this evening this will be our ulam (viand).
This is a common viand for ordinary Filipinos like me. Cheap, easy-to-cook and can be bought even in a sari-sari-store nearby you.
You can eat in two ways: Sauté or Boil. Me I chose to just boil the water to avoid oil.😁
Ingredients:
1 can sardines
5 packs odong (noodle stick)
alugbati (malabar spinach)
2 cups water
salt to taste
Here's how:
Boil the 2 cups water.
Add sardines and odong (noodle stick), let it boil until cook.
Add a little salt to taste.
Finally add the alugbati (malabar spinach) and cook for just 30 seconds.
Turn off the fire and enjoy eating while it's hot.
