RE: INTERESTING FOODS YOU MAY NOT HAVE HEARD OF – THE “PICKADILLY”

in #food7 years ago

As teenagers, my good friend introduced me to pickle juice on ice as a hot summer thirst quencher!
Its gotta be dill pickle juice. As a kid I loved it! But not sure the vinegar was good for the teeth. Maybe a fremented(salt brine) dill pickle juice would be healthier!!!
Peace!

Vinegar is probiotic. Yummy and healthy for the digestion. Good thing you didn't know it could be good for you before you tasted it!

Thats true if it's raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar. White vinegar is a byproduct of the petroleum industry and is not probiotic. Nearly all store bought pickles, and most canned pickles are made with white vinegar......and therefore, not probiotic.

Arrrgh! More proof that all the premade food is either of no nutritional value or actively bad for me! I think I need chocolate in my picadilly instead of grape. It numbs the pain.
