Ok, the fact that you managed to find such book by coincidence is just great. And I really love that you managed to try something from it. Too bad that this book isn't available in our language. But I'll definitely try to find it now when I saw how simple this jelly was so I can try any of the recipes myself.
Well, you can click the link provided in the post and it will take you to the recipe online and from there you can navigate to any other recipe in the book. translating recipes with google translate is not as bad as it may seem, I've done it before and usually it does a decent job.

Oh, my... How could I miss it. :) Thank you. I will definitely look through. Usually, I don't have much trouble translating. But it's different if I have a hard copy of the book, or I have to print it out on a paper etc. :) And then the measuring units are a bit complicated. But "where is a will there is a way". Apparently. :) Thank you again.
