I'm glad to be able to participate again in a new challenge every week, thanks @healtsquared and @sweetsssj, today I bring a simple recipe and very rich, full of different green vegetables and different vegetables, one of the most important chayota, I wanted to create a Own recipe, with easy to get ingredients and very economical sown in my garden. I hope you like it.

This recipe has very few ingredients but many varieties of proteins and carbohydrates very good for our systems. Before showing you go to the recipe I want you to know a curious fact of this fruit very common in different countries.

The Chayota is a plant of Central America, its name varies according to the site where it is cultivated. The Chayota is a fruit, however, it is used as a vegetable in many culinary preparations. Their leaves and roots are also taken advantage of.The leaves are used in infusions and the roots become excellent substitutes for potatoes.
Another curious fact: 100grs of its fruit provide only 22 calories. It has a 0.2 of fats, contains no saturated fats, or cholesterol. It has a fiber content of 2.2 grs. Potassium 15mg and 22, calcium 4mg, 5, 1grs of carbohydrates and 1, 1grs of proteins and amino acids essential and highly beneficial for health. Chayota can be included in low calorie diets, among foods to lose weight.

Green vegetable Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 Chayota
4 Green Bananas
Coriander
Parsley
Ajoporro
Chives Beans
Ajicitos
Olive
Salt

PREPARATION

Pour in a medium saucepan with water the bananass chopped in half, and take them to cook or boil for some 15min until soften.

While we wait for sancochen, we clean and chop the chayota in small squares, green beans, and other ingredients.

When the bananas are ready, we separate them from their shells and chop them into medium squares.

Then place all the ingredients except the cilantro and the olive in a frying pan over low heat and let it cook, for about 10 min, missing the last 3 min add the cilantro the olives and put salt to taste.
