This recipe has very few ingredients but many varieties of proteins and carbohydrates very good for our systems. Before showing you go to the recipe I want you to know a curious fact of this fruit very common in different countries.

Green vegetable Salad
INGREDIENTS
1 Chayota
4 Green Bananas
Coriander
Parsley
Ajoporro
Chives Beans
Ajicitos
Olive
Salt
PREPARATION
Pour in a medium saucepan with water the bananass chopped in half, and take them to cook or boil for some 15min until soften.
While we wait for sancochen, we clean and chop the chayota in small squares, green beans, and other ingredients.
When the bananas are ready, we separate them from their shells and chop them into medium squares.
Then place all the ingredients except the cilantro and the olive in a frying pan over low heat and let it cook, for about 10 min, missing the last 3 min add the cilantro the olives and put salt to taste.
and ready! A rich and nutritious green salad.
