In KC, my BBQ is a bit ordinary in comparison to the masters at Jack Stack, Gates, or Arthur Bryant's. Here I'm a rock star! lol I'm selling my sauces, rubs, grills, etc. here and doing some catering. People love American food and are really receptive to it, but overall they lack the patience to cook it themselves (at least in my opinion). You are always welcome to ask me anything.
