Amazing! That's one of the things I miss of being vegan: Pancakes!!! (and Dutch cheese)
Vegan Fox in the house! I will be honest with you I don't like pancakes hahahah - the normal ones
cause flour, milk and processed sugar are not my friends ( fructose is sugar, too so I can't write just sugar
But all of the pancakes I made on the theme picture don't have any of those - they're flour less, processed sugar less and milk less unless people think coconut milk is really milk. Maybe this recipe could help? Except for if you like risen ones add one more egg. The secret is - cooking them on low fire.

I used to cook vegan pancakes- they tend to be a bit thicker than a crepe, but still nice.
