Hello hungry people,
this recipe I developed during my early time as a student. Still I am a studen, but almost done with M.A. now. Years passed and the SCHLAWENZER BURGER is still THE ALL-TIME classic. Bon Appetit.
Follow the guidelines step by step and you will know what it means :). Those burgers will blow your mind and question meats very existance.
!!!Indigredients for some hungry people!!!
Burger Buns Indegredients:
- 1 package Big toast bread with American flag
- 1 large Great zuchini (really big zuchini)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- GHEE
- 2 carrots
- 2 onions
- Corn
- 1 block Tofu firm
- breadcrumbs
- Spice mixture of (pepper, onion, coriander, oregano, salt, pepper and caraway) Himalaya crystal salt and chili
- 3 packs Citizen bread with American flag
- 1leaf lettuce
- 1 roasted onions
- 1Barbeque sauce and strong mustard
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 glass pickels
- huge amount of cheddar cheese
Burgersauce Indegredients:
- 1/4 iceberg lettuce or green lettuce
- 1-2 large pickled gherkins (depending on preference)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp yellow mustard
Instructuions for Burger Buns
- Take the toast bread and cut it into small pieces. Whip cream in and mix.
- Cut the cucumbers, onions and carrots.
- Crumble the tofublock and simmer in a pan and season with salt and spice mixture.
- Then mix the fried toducrumbles and add 3 eggs and mix again.
- Now everything is blended and we can form from the buns and bread these with breadcrumbs.
- Add spices according to taste. Nice and slow.
- Now deepfry the burgerpads in GHEE and bake the burgerbuns slightly chewed.
Instructions for Sauce
- Add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender, and blitz well until smooth. Add more ingredients to taste, if desired.
Instructions for the FUSION
- Take Burger pad and put it inbetween the burger buns fill up with toppings cheese and sauce according to your desires.
- Eat!
