Hello friends, today we are talking about suop not just anyhow kind of suop, this soup is called Okro soup; is a typical Africa food which is very common among the South-East and South-South part in Nigeria.
This soup goes with garri or fufu depend on the one you want, is very delicious and smooth with chill water or soft drink like coca-cola.
INGREDIENTS
Okro
Fresh papper
Crayfish
Maggi
Palm oil
Ice fish
Meat
Pormo
Nsam (Nfi)
Dry fish
Utazi leave
How to prepare it
After washing your Fish, Meat, Utazi leave, Pormo, Nfi, Dry fish, and Ice fish.
Cut your promo, utazi leave and Okro to your favourable seizes, pand your fresh papper together with your cray fish. Steem your meat, fish,pormo, dry fish, ice fish and nfi together for 15 minuet.
You add your fresh papper and cray fish, after 3 minuet. You can add your Okro and the utazi leave, and allow it to boil for 3 minuet then pour your palm oil. The next 2 minuet your delicious Okro suop is ready for consumption
