@rea, your food always looks so delicious! I'm quickly building a long list of recipes of yours to try myself (no secret there).

I have one question: do you think could plain, unsweetened, whole milk kefir be used in place of the yogurt with similar end results?

In terms of kefir, I have never tried it but from what I've read, might work out as good alternative. Thanks for introducing me to something I will definitely sample on my next visit to the supermarket! :)
