Getuk modern
Just getuk cassava mother .. snack today.
Here I attach the recipe all bun
Material:

  • 1 kg of cassava, peeled, cut into pieces, wash
    -100- 200 g sugar (adjust the sweetness level to the taste of each bun)
  • 2sdm butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder

Sprinkling:

  • 1/4 grains of coconut, peeled the skin and grated scars
  • a little salt

mixed and then steamed for a while.

How to make:

  • Steamed cassava until cooked. Lift.
  • While hot, puree / mashed cassava with sugar and salt butter until well blended. Share and give color .. I wear redbell bun .. there are already dyes and flavorings.

  • serve with grated coconut. Or it could also klapa grated in mix or in the middle of the content getuk then in print .. please be creative ..
