today I cooked a delicious cake that I thought to share with you :).
I would say it is the most simple and tasty cherry cake. At first I had high hopes, seemed to me very simple and mundane ingredients. But after I tasted it completely changed my opinion, is tender, flavorful and very tasty.
I liked very much the flavor combination of lemon and the cherry. This combination has its charm.
For those who want to try this recipe and ingredients Below you can use any other fruit: apples, strawberries, cherries, etc.
Ingredients needed:
- Milk - 225 ml;
- Oil - 150 ml;
- Eggs - 3 pieces;
- Sugar - 225 g;
- Powdered sugar - 1 tablespoon for garnish;
- Baking powder - 10 g;
- Lemon peel - 1 tsp;
- Pitted cherries - 400 g;
Steps:
1. Clean cherries kernel and leave them in a bowl to drain the juice;
2. In a bolturnati milk, oil, sugar, eggs and mix well;
3. Put the flour and baking powder and mix well, not be snouts;
4. Scrape the lemon zest and added to the dough and mix. The dough should be like a cream thicker;
5. Bring the tray on the stove baking paper and pour the batter into it;
6. Place the cherries on top and give the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 -35 minutes;
7. After a nice browned remove from oven and let it cool in the pan directly;
8. Then portioned and mats with powdered sugar and then enjoy!
