Kim Chi!!! It's sooooo gooood on EVERything!! -- LITERALLY!! OK, well, probably not on fruit pie, but I feel pretty certain we could dank up a recipe enough to be good on pancakes! I love that it can be made of nearly any veggie (and even fruit--how about throwing in an apple!), it tastes amazing, and is so profoundly good for health. Thanks for sharing the recipe. I can attest to the flavor explosion!! AMAZING!
