Ingredients:
♥ 2 ½ cups of flour for all use.
♥ 1 ½ cup of cocoa powder.
♥ ½ pound of unsalted butter at room temperature (2 bars).
♥ 1 cup of sugar.
♥ 3 extra large eggs
♥ 3 tablespoons of pure vanilla extract.
♥ 1 ½ cup of buttermilk.
♥ 3 tablespoons of coffee prepared.
For coverage:
♥ 2 Cups of Chocolate or Cocoa Powder.
♥ 3 Cups of Melted Chocolate (Previously in a Microwave).
♥ 1 ½ cup of whipping cream.
♥ ½ spoonful of pure vanilla extract.
♥ 4 tablespoons unsalted butter at room temperature.
♥ Several Oreo Cookies for decoration.
Preparation of the Cake:
*350 degree oven*
Butter and flour the mold you will use to bake the cake.
In a medium bowl, mix the flour and cocoa. In a separate bowl, mix the buttermilk, and coffee. In the bowl of the electric mixer, whisk the butter and sugars until it is white and creamy, about 5 minutes. Add the eggs, one at a time and the vanilla and mix well.
At low speed, mix the mixtures alternately in thirds, until homogenizing, starting with the butter cream and finishing with the flour, until all the ingredients have been mixed well.
Pour the dough into the prepared pan and smooth the surface with a spatula. Bake in the center of the oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature before adding the glaze.
For coverage:
Place the meringue covering all the cake. Follow this, place the melted chocolate from the center to give the effect shown in the photo.
Then, place as a kind of "crown" with the meringue, and add the Alternate Oreos Cookies to each other. Finally, as a final touch, place the Chocolate or Cocoa Powder in the Center of the Cake.
