Many people do not have ovens in their homes, but that does not mean they can not afford to make homemade pizza without an oven, so today I teach you how to do it
INGREDIENTS:
β 150 g of flour
β 80-90 ml of water
β 5g fresh yeast, or 2g dry
β A spoonful of olive oil
β A little salt
β The filling that we want (tomato sauce, cooked ham, oregano ...)
PREPARATION:
β In a bowl, we put the ingredients of the dough. Water, it is better to throw it at the end and do it little by little,
for not happening. In the end, there must be a dough that sticks a little to the hands. If it is very dry, the dough
It will be hard once baked.
β· Knead for about 10 minutes. The dough will be finer and will no longer stick. Without having thrown a bit of
extra flour.
βΈ Make a small ball with the dough and put it in the same container where we made the mixture. We cover
with a cloth and let ferment about 2 hours. Until double size.
βΉ After some time, we remove the dough from the container and crush it a little with our hands, without manipulating it excessively.
The idea is to remove leftover gas but without "tightening" the dough. If we manipulate it too much, it will be difficult to shape it
(You will want to shrink while we stretch it).
β We throw a small trickle of olive oil over a good non-stick pan. We put on it the dough
of the pizza and we are giving shape on its surface. The good thing about this, is that the same pan will do the
shape.
β Once stretched, not too fat, we put the ingredients on top. As always, they are totally
optional but the ones in the photo are: a base of tomato sauce, grated mozzarella cheese, cooked ham cut in
squares and dry oregano sprinkled, you can add what you want.
β We put on medium fire. We cover the pan and leave about 23 minutes.
That's it, if you like my content you can help me, you know what to do.
