- T-bone Meat
T-bone meat is a flesh that envelopes the T-shaped bone and usually comes from the outer part of it. This section contains 376 calories, 25.6 grams of fat and 33 grams of protein.
- Meat around the ribs
Meat around the ribs are often called rib eye in steak dishes also contain high fat of 100 grams of meat this section contains 37.6 grams of fat.
Meanwhile, if you want the most low-fat beef, you can choose the meat that is usually served as a sirloin steak, the muscle. The meat of this section contains only 5.4 grams of fat.
