The food I'm going to post today is Mie caluk. Mie caluk is the name of aceh community food for noodles in the fried. The name of noodles of lidi because before in boiled noodle is long and hard like a stick (lidi) . While the noodle caluk name, because how to eat this noodle is usually aceh people eat it in a rollicking and using hands.


Material :

  • 1/2 kg Noodles
  • Pieces of mustard greens
  • Pieces of tomatoes
  • Leaf cabbage in the sliced
  • Celery leaves and scallion on the sliced

Seasoning ingredients:

  • 10 red peppers
  • 3 onion cloves
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 pieces of candlenuts

How to make :

  • Prepare a cup of hot water, and input the noodles and wait for the noodles to become soft and ripe.

  • Heat oil, and input the spice noodles that have been in the blender until fragrant.

  • Put pieces of cabbage leaves and mustard into a seasoning stir and wait for a while.

  • Put pieces of tomatoes into the spice mixture and add enough water into the stir, and add enough salt to taste.

  • After the stirring is cooked, input the cooked lidi noodles and add soy sauce to add flavor.
