Today I made this Cheesy Pizza Paratha...

YUMMY YUMMY FOR KIDS. KIDS LOVE IT...

RECEPIE:

  • TAKE WHEAT FLOUR ADD SALT AND OIL AND MAKE DOUGH WITH WATER. REST FOR HALF AN HOUR.

FILLING:

TAKE CHOPPED ONIONS , BELL PEPPERS , MOZZARELLA CHEESE, SALT, CHILLY FLAKES OREGANO AND MIX THEM WELL

.ROLL ONE BIG ROTI (FLAT BREAD), ADD STUFFING TO IT, LEAVING SIDES...

COVER WITH LITTLE SMALL ROTI AND CLOSE SIDES WITH FORK ....

ROAST BOTH SIDES TILL GOLDEN BROWN WITH OIL .

SERVE HOT.
