I'm @FarhadChef , today I made Iranian Stuffed bell pepper, I will be cooking it here for you. 👨🍳
What to cook with:

| Sweet peppers | 10 pcs |
| Sweet vegetables | 300 g |
| Minced meat | 200 g |
| Cottage cheese | 100 g |
| Rice | 200 g |
| Lamb extract | 1 pcs |
| Sweet onion | 50 g |
| Paste | 3 tbsp |
| Saffron | 1/2 mod |
| garlic | 2 cubes |
| Turmeric pepper salt | To the extent necessary |
How to cook:
1) First, pepper in a saucepan with a little turmeric and rinse with water.
2) Put the meat in a poured pan to get water. Then add turmeric and 3/4 green vegetables, mix the honey onion and garlic sauce with lamb extract and extract for 10 to 20 minutes.
3) Cut pepper head with a knife and empty the contents inside it, then fill it in with meat.
4) In a pot of honey onion with a little turmeric, then add the rest of the green to it. We adjust the spice and strain it a little, then place it on the water and pepper.
5) In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add saffron to the ingredients, and after baking the sweets in a suitable container and serve it with sauce.
