Chicken Cheese Rolls

Chicken boiled and shredded
Butter
Maida ( plain flour)
Salt
Milk
Onion
Hara dhania
Hari mirch moti
Black pepper
Cheddar and mozzarella cheese

Take some butter and oil in pan. Mix chopped onions and fry light pink. Add maida and fry 1 min. Add milk and make a nice paste5. Add salt kali mirch kutti and pissi both. Add chicken. Hara dhania hari mirch. And mix.cover for 5 min on low heat and keep aside.
Take bread . Cut the sides little and soak bread in little water and now add mixture and cheese Nd make a roll. Dip in egg then breadcrumbs and fry. Enjoy :)
