RE: Spruce Tree and Pine Pollen Cookies

in #food8 years ago

You've written about eating from these sources more than once, and I am still skeptical. Hahaha. Send me some cookies?! Maybe I will believe you then. Hahaha. It's not that I don't believe they're edible... It's that I am not sure it actually tastes GOOD. Hahah. Thanks for sharing the recipe! I doubt I'll try it, unless you send some cookies to me and they turn out to be BOMB. Hahaha.

Angling for a big box of cookies, are you? : ) I ate them all! :O

I show a lot of different ways of using all these wild plants to show that they are real food for regular people. They aren't some survival food -- they are really good! I made Spruce-Spearmint-Lavender sun tea over the weekend for my Dolphin Party. You'll be seeing some more of these same plants, no doubt about it. I do give live taste reviews in my videos. And I don't just take one bite. I eat all of what I make. Maybe you will be interested in trying spruce trees or pine pollen yourself, eventually!

I'm not a huge video-watcher, so I'm sorry I missed that! Haha. Might have to check that out next time! Hhaaha. :D

That's A-OK! I'm not much of a video watcher on Steemit, either. That's why I put in all the pictures, too, and not just the video. But I can't write "That's good!" so convincing, lol! ; )

Maybe like, a thumbs up pick with your mouth full of cookie! Hahaha.

Hey, I appreciate the pics and text!! I'm happy you understand me! <3

At least with some of my posts about wild food, I show my empty plate or bowl. But it's better for me not to eat all the cookies at once, lol! ; )
