Eat less be healthy
We will break our fast with those food. Many people keep big menu, they think more food will help them. How much energy they lost by keeping fast. More food will recovery. That's not true. More food bring all king of sickness.
Baigoni
We like to eat home food, I know chicken we made little oily. Baigoni we eat with mango chutney, green mango we make fine add some salt and little peeper. feel good when we eat.
Coconut Water
Best part of the Iftar is Drinking part. After keeping all day fasting. you must be thirsty any can't wait to drink some thing. As soon Azan start i mean sun set ( sun goes down) we grave the drinking glass and start drinking. after our bally full when time to eat we can't eat again.
Fry Chicken
I also like different dishes from chicken.

May god accept your fast. But dear brother, I don't think that's a healthy diet.. The chicken is fried so it's not healty & vegetables are missing in your table. I agree with the "eating less" thing tho.
