This dish was called kayjang in Korean in english was a crab lits with soysouce..This dish was so popular in Korean..
.Small crab 5 kilo.
.Soysouce 1 and half letter
.water 1 and half letter
.soju 4 bottles
.sugar 1 and half kilo
.merim half letter
.Dashida 1 spoon
.MSG half spoon
.Garlic
.Onion Leeks
.Ginger
.onion
.milchi or small dry fish
.seaweed
.red Chili
.green chili
After preparing all the ingredients put into to the big cauldron the water, soysouce,soju,sugar,merim,onoin leeks, onion,ginger,garlic,seaweed,red chili,green chili, milchi,and boiled it when it's boiling put the dashida and MSG for the taste..Boiling can take a few minutes like 10 or 15 minutes..
When you already prepared the souce let it be cool down the heat and put it into cool area.
The next was the small crab first wash the crab and choice the good crabs and then make sure it was fresh..After it done put it into the basin and put some ice and water so that the crab was more fresh soaking was about 10 minutes.After that remove the water and the ice and filter it and leave it for about 10 or 15 minutes..
When finished filtering the crabs put it into the case and also the souce and keep it into the chiller refrigerator it can take about 3 days for marination.
Korean dish was a unique and also good benefits into the body.Kayjang was one of the dish in Korean and it is just in Korea can be found.
As a pilipino chef in Korean restaurant i want to share it to all so that it will known well myexperinced for Korean food was not enough so i try my best to know Korean foods.
